Farm Restaurant

After booking, on certain days of the week our room guests are welcome for dinner at our new farm restaurant.
All dishes on the menu are prepared in the local Maremma tradition, from seasonal and mainly organic ingredients. Our pasta dishes include tagliatelle, tortelli, gnocchi, and aquacotta, a delicious bread soup made according to a traditional recipe. Mains include organic chicken, rabbit and pigeon reared at the farm, or locally-sourced beef, served in fillets or steaks.

The restaurant is also open for bookings to non-room guests who want to enjoy a pleasant social evening in the tranquillity of the Maremma countryside. In our gardens there is also a space fitted out for events, buffets and small celebratory occasions.
