The restaurant of Arnaione Farm,
in the renovated structure of the
firm, is at our guests' disposal.
The restaurant is a family business,
and it offers typical Maremma meat
dishes, cooked respecting the
Tuscan tradition.
For those guests who prefer not to
use the kitchen of the flats and would
instead eat in the restaurant, we
offer half board;
these are the best ways to enjoy the
cooking skills of our cook.
The menu is a daily menu, and
it is normally decided by the kitchen
staff; that is because only seasonal
(and most of all organic with ICEA
certification) products are cooked
in our farm.
The specialities of first courses
such as tagliatelle, tortelli (sort
of ravioli), dumplings, bread soup
and acqua cotta (a sort of vegetables
soup with bread and eggs) are prepared
following the original recipes,
while meat dishes are prepared using
both our organic meat /chicken,
rabbit and pigeon) and meat coming
from Maremma breeding (T-bone
steak, fillet with green pepper, beefsteak).
