The Holiday Farm Arnione offers two types of accommodation, both with independent entrance, in either new or renovated structures.

The big and very well-kept garden that surrounds the structure is equipped with swimming pool with deckchair and sun deck platform, a small playground for children and a large private porch with table and grill to eat in the open air.

Inside the farm park you will also find two interesting attractions:

- The relax garden, wher you can enter only if you speak in a low voice. Under the fresh shade of the holm-oaks you can find strong and fine hammocks to get relaxed or just to have an afternoon nap.

- The botanical pathway: it develops inside the farm. Along the way you can see the countless plant species that are typical in Tuscan Maremma and also the beautiful landscape of the small surrounding villages and of the ancient medieval village of Sitcciano.

Flats:

- Flat IL SOLE (2/4 people):
About 50 sm, it includes a wide living room with kitchen and a comfortable divan bed, a double bedroom, a boxroom and a bathroom with shower. The flat also includes an independent heating system and a fireplace in the living room.

- Flat L'OCA (2/4 people):
About 50 sm, it includes a living room with kitchen, a comfortable divan bed, a double bedroom, a boxroom and a bathroom with shower. The flat also includes an independent heating system.

- Flat IL CORBEZZOLO (2/6 people):
About 50 sm, it includes a living room with kitchen, a comfortable divan bed, two double bedrooms, a boxroom and two bathrooms with shower. The flat also includes an independent heating system.

Bedrooms:

For those guests who prefer staying in a comfortable environment, but more ordinary than a typical flat, or for those who want to stay in our fantastic farm just for a few days, the structure offers accommodation in two new double bedrooms, all equipped with independent bathroom, independent heating system and satellite TV.
